Ever since my children came into the world, my family and I have been quite nomadic, having relocated a total of six times.
I specialze in offering classes in Swedish, German, or English, both in group settings and through personalized one-on-one training sessions.
My primary goal is to assist individuals in achieving a sense of well-being both internally and externally.
What truly captivates me about Pilates is how subtle movements can have a significant impact. Yoga, on the other hand, serves as a gentle means of nurturing strength and flexibility within the body.
Mindfulness practices aid us in grounding ourselves in the present moment, enhancing focus and reducing stress in our day-to-day lives. Through Energy Medicine and Reiki, individuals can attain equilibrium, relaxation, and improved energy flow within the body to facilitate the healing process. By removing blockages, the body can then engage in self-healing effectively.
I firmly believe in the concept of 'Food as Medicine' wherein the utilization of organic ingredients combined with cooking from scratch brings about contentment for both the body and mind. Leading a fulfilling life characterized by health, equilibrium, and happiness is truly rewarding.

I have worked a lot with kids and I love beeing around kids. When I was young I started as babysitter and scout leader and later Ski instructor. I have worked in preaschool and school for many years. I have teached kids from 1 to 16 years old. I have a Diploma in Child and Youth Training and a Master of Education in Sience and Math.
I got my first certification as a Pilates matt instructor 2015, A super fun but hard education!
My education was provide by Body Balance Pilates with the great instructor, Kurt Rotter.
In 2016 i added an education to use equipment.

Reiki healing is a way to balance your body with energy. I work with your body, chakra and help them to ground and be more balanced. Mostly people get the healing at distance but I also offer hands on.

Yoga for children and youth is my latest education. To teach the kids and youth tools how to cope with feelings and life is importent. I hope I will give them a way to feel importent, seen, loved by them self in a safe and joyful way.
