Pilates

Mindfullness


Engaging in mindfulness exercises is a wonderful way to unwind the body and alleviate stress. The goal is to fully experience the present moment without any judgment or restrictions. I am here to lead you through various practices that will encourage presence and self-appreciation.

Reiki


I am educated in Reiki and have a Reiki Master Diploma. I enjoy working with Reiki to support our body, mind, and soul. The benefit from Reiki is reduced stress, increased energy, mental clarity, improved circulation, pain relief, emotional stability, peace of mind as some examples.

Child & Youth Yoga


Introducing children and teens to the practice of yoga provides a wonderful opportunity for them to engage their bodies, cultivate awareness of themselves, their minds, and their emotions. For younger children, yoga involves playful movements inspired by stories, while older individuals focus on setting intentions for the class and delving deeper into self-discovery through yoga poses and sequences.

Energy Medicine


Everything in the universe consists of energy, including your body and cells. Engaging in energy work supports the smooth flow of energy, releases blockages, and aids the body in its natural healing process. Often, individuals experience noticeable changes immediately or in the days following a session. Long-standing issues may require ongoing work over an extended period to facilitate comprehensive healing. My journey to Balance



Health Balance Joy,

Welcome to my homepage. I’m glad to introduce myself to you.


My name is Annika Ostberg. I was born and raised in the southern part of Sweden. I have had a long journey to come to the place where I am today.

After I gave birth to my twins via c-section I had 5 major stomach surgeries in less than 10 years.


My body and soul was deeply wounded. I was sick all the time and needed to find a way to heal.  Inside out.

I started a bumpy journey to a balanced life in harmony, My body needed to strengthen the core and I fell in love with Pilates. My mind needed to learn to relax and be here and now so I found Mindfulness.


My goal is to have a happy, healthy balanced body and mind as long as possible to enjoy life in many ways. 


I want to inspire you to try pilates and mindfulness.

To take care of your self, your body, your health and find happiness.
