to support a healthy body, mind and soul to enable you to feel their best

Pilates


Pilates is a great way to strenghten your body and core. I do pilates mat sessions where we start each session with stretch exercises and end with mindful relaxation. You will feel a difference in your body and mind after just a few sessions!

Reiki


I am educated in Reiki and have a Reiki Master Diploma. I enjoy working with Reiki to support our body, mind, and soul. The benefit from Reiki is reduced stress, increased energy, mental clarity, improved circulation, pain relief, emotional stability, peace of mind as some examples.

Child & Youth Yoga


Child and Youth yoga is a great way for the kids to move the body, be aware of the body, mind and their feelings. For the small ones it is playful movements to stories and for the older ones we use intenions for the class and learn more about our self whit help from yoga motions.

Mindfullness


Mindfulness is a great tool to relax the body and release stress where the aim is to be in the moment with no judgment or rules. I guide you through exercises to help you be present and feel good about yourself. 

Energy Medicine


Everything is energy, your body and cells are energy. Working with the energies, support the flow, loosen up blockages and help the body heal whit energy work is beautiful. Quite often the notice of a change comes at once or in the following days. For issues that have been going on for a long time there might be a need to work for a longer period.

Wellness Coach


I support with a sustainable, healthy lifestyle thru food, exersises and tools for mind, body, soul and heart. To start to love yourself and the beautiful person  you are sometimes need a coach to guide you to find your path.


Food    


We need food to survive but if we can enjoy good, helathy food to support our body and to feel and be the best possible self  then food can be so much more. I love good food and have found a way that combines the good in life so that food also is great for your inner balance.

My journey to Balance



Health Balance Joy,

Welcome to my homepage. I’m glad to introduce myself to you.


My name is Annika Ostberg. I was born and raised in the southern part of Sweden. I have had a long journey to come to the place where I am today.

After I gave birth to my twins via c-section I had 5 major stomach surgeries in less than 10 years.


My body and soul was deeply wounded. I was sick all the time and needed to find a way to heal.  Inside out.

I started a bumpy journey to a balanced life in harmony, My body needed to strengthen the core and I fell in love with Pilates. My mind needed to learn to relax and be here and now so I found Mindfulness.


My goal is to have a happy, healthy balanced body and mind as long as possible to enjoy life in many ways. 


I want to inspire you to try pilates and mindfulness.

To take care of your self, your body, your health and find happiness.
